The word on the street is that two of the headliners for this year's Summer Slaughter Tour are Between the Buried and Me and Cannibal Corpse! Whoever runs the Summer Slaughter Facebook page posted some cryptic messages back in December, but no one picked up on them due to all the crazy partying that took place during the Holiday season.
Biggest line-up yet.. get ready for 2012.
Hammer Smashed Mordecai
The last posting seems to be a combination of titles from the two bands: Hammer Smashed Face from Cannibal Corpse and Mordecai from Between the Buried and Me. Heavy Blog Is Heavy is hearing rumors of the involvement of The Faceless, Job For A Cowboy, Veil of Maya, and Hate Eternal. These should of course, be taken with a grain of salt, as there is no confirmation of this.
I haven't been to Summer Slaughter since the inaugural lineup with Necrophagist and Decapitated, but this would certainly make me want to go again. We'll have to wait and find out, but keep your fingers crossed!
