METAL INJECTION LIVECAST #82 – Twat Shots

Posted on September 1st, 2010

On this episode of the Metal Injection Livecast the fans really showed their love by calling in to wish Rob a happy birthday. It didn't turn out to be so happy for him; since Rob decided to take a vodka shot for every caller. But atleast it was for the rest of us. Frank and Jenny also join us to celebrate Rob. The only person who neglected Rob on his birthday is Sean, who was too busy in Chicago getting some broad pregnant at Magic Park (As a caller pointed out). There's a whole lotta nothin' going on after, besides Rob expressing his drunkeness in song.

Agalloch – Falling Snow
Bleeding Kansas – Retract the Altitude
Cephalic Carnage – The Incorrigible Flame
Covenant – Planetarium

METAL INJECTION LIVECAST #81 – Couscous In The Puss Puss

Posted on August 25th, 2010

This week, the Metal Injection Livecast was pretty epic. In the first hour, we got a phone call from a junkie stationed in Iraq, which was pretty awesome. Then, we discuss the possibility of Rob getting an OK Cupid account. After the music break, we do another reading from Dave Mustaine's autobiography. We are turned on to possibly the grossest album art ever (very NSFW), then we discuss terrible Megadeth remixes, and then end the show with not one but two really awful videos from a Brazilian tranny, the bed intruder song, It's So Cold Here In The D, and other random clips. Here is this week's playlist:

At the Gates – Captor of Sin (Slayer cover)
Thou – Don't Vote
Black Army Jacket – The End Of Dreams
System Of A Down – Revenga
Javelina – Asbestos
The_Network – Easter Just Stopped Showing Up
Fleshwrought – Inner Thoughts

BTW, here is our phone caller cue card

METAL INJECTION LIVECAST #80 – Stop Making Me Laugh

Posted on August 18th, 2010

There were quite a few laughs on this, the 80th edition of the Metal Injection Livecast. In the first hour, we discussed Porn For The Blind, what the hell a mobile boner is, KFC's new sandwich, called the Skinwich and Rob's experience at a Russian bath house. In hour 2, we start by talking about the Gathering of the Juggalos, and the incident with Tila Tequila, and then we then moved on to Thrash It or Trash It where we mercilessly judged An Open Ended Sky, Dagon, 3000 Eyes, Too Many Screaming Children, Diamond Plate, Panix, Scalpel. In the middle of that, we got into another spirited debate about guitar solos. We end with a particularly awkward call from MetalFifa

Meshuggah – Rational Gaze (Tokyo)
Fight – Laid to Rest
Motorhead – (We Are) The Road Crew
Opeth – To Rid The Disease
Iced Earth – 1776

METAL INJECTION LIVECAST Mixtape #6 – Sex, Drugs and Anal Runoff

Posted on July 28th, 2010

This mixtape is hosted by 3D, and features a collection of his favorite segments, including a clip from the Livecast Awards show, Jenny talking about her slave boys, another sexy edition of Sexual Jeopardy and a fantastic phone exchange with one of our favorite listeners, Shlomo. We also included a call from Nina where Sid exposes to her how she was conceived. SPOILER ALERT! The Iron Sheik was involved. We then go way back to an early episode to showcase the first time JCVD appeared on the show and throw in a few of our parody commercials as well.

We'll be back next week with a brand new episode.

METAL INJECTION LIVECAST #75 – In Or Around My Mouth

Posted on July 7th, 2010

This edition of the Metal Injection Livecast featured an exclusive trailer for Sean's upcoming Fall sitcom Somebody Gonna Get Pregnant. That happened right before the music break. The show starts with a large influx of callers, one of which was a programmer, and possibly our most intellectual caller yet. This was later counteracted by a barrage of stoners bringing things back to normal. Good work guys! We also talked about Mel Gibson's recent tirade, Dave Mustaine's recent quotes, Faith No More playing in Brooklyn and Neil Hamburger opening for them. We ended the show with a 10 minute tangent on stand up comedy. Very exciting. Here is this week's playlist:

Psyopus – The Longroad To The 4th Dimension
Rotten Sound - Days to Kill
Suffocation – Pierced From Within
Insect Warfare – Hydraphobia
