DYING FETUS Frontman To Fill In As SUFFOCATION Vocalist On Select Dates Of Upcoming Tour

So remember when Suffocation frontman Frank Mullen said he wouldn't be able to tour full time anymore due to obligations with his full time job? Well, the band has lined up quite the awesome fill-in for select dates on the tour, Dying Fetus frontman John Gallagher.

Gallagher will handle mic duty for a week's worth of shows and promises "they are going to be super sick and guttural." The band has not made it clear which week of dates Gallagher would be on, but as soon as we find out we will let you know the full info.

Mullen is completely on board with this stating:

"I'm looking forward to seeing our amazing fans on the road," commented Mullen. "John Gallagher from Dying Fetus will be filling in for a few shows that I can't do and I'm sure he will do an awesome job. So please show your support for him and the band! See you soon."

The band is going to be touring with Exhumed and Jungle Rot. Dates can be found here.

    This is a shame, is that just for $$$ and get tours?
    WE want see suffocation with Mullen, i won´t go to any concerts without him.
    Don´t tour if the complete line up are not available
    I think the same for SLAYER, we want to see Hanneman
    Don´t you understand mithic bands are because playing mithic musicians?

      Welcome to the real world. Eventually all things come to an end. If Frank was worrying about just himself I imagine he'd be able to blow off a full time job, but I imagine now that Rayna is reaching the college years, Frank needs to take care of the family.

    thank u frank for not bailing on Singapore when you guys came, not exactly the best sound, but it was the best set. well im pretty sure gallagher will do a great job but the fans won't have health lectures or some random shit haha

    Im glad Gallagher is the man to replace mullens , i knew Mullens could maby not be able to make some shows ,They have choosen wisely , seriously singer on my 2nd fav band its the perfect choice imo.
