This past Sunday, we were joined by Earache Records' US Label Manager, and heavy metal veteran Al Dawson. Al gave some incredible insight on what it was like growing up in the small town of Perth, Australia and eventually globe trotting and being assigned to run US label operations for Earache Records. He gives some valuable advice to fans looking to break into the business side of the music industry and shares some great tape trading stories from the good ole days!
