Well this has been a crazy week for me, personally, just readjusting to being back on land and not on a cruise ship. Many emails were sent and answered and work was caught up on, but most importantly, the metal kept on. Here are the biggest stories of the week:
Seeing as though we got back from the 70,000 Tons of Metal cruise, we have a ton of footage to share with you guys. We posted our official report, we asked the bands for their favorite part of the cruise and we got the fans on the boat to pick their favorite videos. We still have a massive photo gallery to come and tons of live footage.
The biggest story of the week is Bill Ward saying he will not be partaking in the Black Sabbath reunion and then Sabbath saying they are moving on without him. Come on, make it work you guys!

In tour news, Summer Slaughter announced their headliners, and we got dates for the Meshuggah/Baroness/Decapitated tour, the Opeth/Mastodon/Ghost tour and the Protest The Hero/Periphery/Jeff Loomis tour. Oh, and Converge is touring again. So many awesome tours!

We learned Dillinger Escape Plan frontman Greg Puciato is dating porn starlet Jenna Haze.
We learned that Adam D, Corpsegrinder, Shannon Lucas collaboration is DEFINITELY happening.
We were impressed by this five year old's drumming skills.
