Whoa, Huntress just got a huge seal of approval from a Golden God of heavy metal. The band, who is working on a new album right now, has a new song which was co-written by Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead. (more…)

Here's Video Of Brian "Head" Welch's First Full Show With KORN In Eight Years
Full disclosure: I loved Korn all the way up until college, then I discovered Slayer. It was a glorious time. The band lost me after Issues and then they just kept putting out sub-par material. I remember re-visiting some of their older stuff not too long ago, and deeming it still listenable. Although, I probably won't ever go out of my way to listen to Korn again, I have no problem with the band. If I were still into the band, I'd probably be really excited that Head is back in the band and I would love to watch footage of his return to the band. If such a person is you, you are in luck. Killer Live Footage of NIGHTKIN, featuring former and current members of THE RED CHORD, BLACK DAHLIA MURDER

The band played their first live show recently and released some live footage, and needless to say, it's some fucking killer metal… (more…)

WRECK & REFERENCE Release New Music And A Video About…Something
California's Wreck & Reference aren't a band that's easy to categorize. They combine aspects of industrial, drone, noise, hardcore, and black metal into an auditory morass that, somehow, works surprisingly well. No Youth, the band's debut full-length, was released last year on The Flenser Records after the label decided to carry them based solely on the strength of the band's demo, called simply, Black Cassette. Now the duo are back with a two song 7-inch called Content (pronounced No Content). (more…)
