Stream THE SAFETY FIRE's Entire New Record Mouth Of Swords

The Safety Fire will be putting out their Mouth of Swords record come September 3 via Century Media, but you can stream the whole thing front to back right now!

Mouth of Swords is a pretty interesting beast in that it seems much more focused than their debut Grind the Ocean… and totally features Tommy Rodgers from Between the Buried and Me on "Beware the Leopard (Jagwar)," which is worth noting. In all seriousness the record is pretty good and flows nicely from song to song, my favorite being "The Ghosts That Wait for Spring," since it's basically just a Safety-Fire-ized version of what Gojira do. The vocals are a lot more interesting this time around too, with Sean McWeeney starying from just yelling the entire time to a much more varied approach. So give it a listen and let me know; is it worth the praise or just more prog wankery?
