SAVIOURS melt faces at Fuel TV studios

Posted on August 19th, 2009

I don't get Fuel TV in my house, because you are required to pay extra for some dumb unrelated premium sports package, but it seems like its the only channel that is constantly booking good metal acts to rock their studios, giving the bands a pro studio setup to show their skills. Kinda sad that an extreme sports channel is the only place for a metal band to showcase a decent performance on TV.

Bands like the 3 Inches of Blood, Darkest Hour, the Dillinger Escape Plan, Dimmu Borgir and others have defiled the Fuel TV studios. The latest band to be featured is Oakland stoner act Saviours who played two new tracks from their forthcoming release, Accelerated Living which is out October 27th.

Above is the track "We Roam", check out "Slave to the Hex" after the jump…

This would have sounded good YEARS ago. In the words of Mike Patton, "What year are we in!?".

fuck yea. Saviours are so good. saw them with Skeletonwitch not too long back.

just watched the Dimmu Borbir performance. that was probably the most awkward thing ever haha.

this channel does put on some pretty sweet bands. too bad its on a sports channel though… lame

I saw them open for Iced Earth and I didn't like them… It sounded awful but I think it was due to a bad soundcheck or something, because these vids are pretty good.
    I'll give them another chance.

Honestly… WTF, it was cool back then because it was actually original, this is just a copy cat.
