SANNHET's "Short Life" Is Blackgaze Minus The Vocals, Plus A Lot Of Noise

Instrumental noise in the vein of Deafheaven and Vattnet Viskar.

Sannhet's 2015 effort Revisionist was a damn fine effort in the realm of blackgaze because it crept up to the line of where a lot of other artists are, but retained a lot of uniqueness to due all the space left in the music from not having vocals.

Now we get to hear the band take that approach another step further with "Short Life," a song that employs a whole lot of noise in the place of vocals and retains a very spacious soundstage while doing so. Not to mention you can download the song for the incredibly low price of nothing, since it's part of Adult Swim's Summer Singles 2016 event.

Anyway, it's Friday. Blast this shit because it's a depressingly sunny start to your weekend.
