Firespawn, the band consisting of Entombed A.D. vocalist Lars Göran Petrov and guitarist Victor Brandt, Necrophobic bassist Alex Friberg, Unleashed guitarist Fredrik Folkare, and Dark Funeral drummer Matte Modin, will be releasing its sophomore effort titled The Reprobate on April 28 via Century Media, and it's going to be death metal as fuck.
How death metal as fuck, you ask? Well, the new song "Blood Eagle" starts off shreddy and super heavy, and then does absolutely nothing but that for nearly three minutes straight… and it's awesome.
