One thing I admire about Soulfly's Max Cavalera is he's always out there looking for new bands to dig. Recently, he's been speaking the praises of hardcore outfit Nails, so he figured why not ask vocalist Todd Jones to guest on a track on their upcoming new album, Archangel. The track "Sodomites" is now up for streaming and Max Cavalera makes it clear it's very much inpsired by the Bible story:
“I wrote this track about the wrath God which struck down Sodom for their sinful behavior. I used quotes from the Old Testament in some of the lyrics. It was also really exciting to work with Todd from Nails on this track since I’m a big fan!”
