I have never listened to Battlecross before, but their new song has led me to believe that they are amazing and I have been missing out.
Lately there's been some thrash floating around that's rivaled a lot of things I once thought enjoyable. Off the top of my head, Havok and Ramming Speed are killing it with the new stuff and now Battlecross are too. This song has just absolutely floored me in the best way possible. It's techy and fast as fuck without being stupid while grooving your face off something fierce. The guys over at MetalSucks went as far as saying it sounds like Hanneman could have even written some of these riffs and how they're a fitting tribute in a weird way. I completely agree. This rules.
