Metal Injection

It's Tuesday, which may just be the shittiest day of the week. At least with Monday, you just had the weekend, but Tuesday is like as far as possible from the weekend. Thankfully, we have some new tunes to share…

I'm really digging Kill Devil Hill, the new band which features former Down/Pantera bassist Rex Brown and Vinnie Appice of Heaven & Hell fame. It's more of a straight up southern-rock sound and these guys do it really well. Check out the track "Time and Time Again" over at Revolver to see what I mean. It's hard to find fault in this music.

If you want something a little more mellow and serene, may I suggest sampling some new Alcest music. The Deciblog has a great track, "Autre Temps" available for streaming that is post-rock at it's best.

Ok, if you need to turn things up a notch, check out this full album stream from The Empire Shall Fall, which features Jesse Leach of Killswitch/Times of Grace fame on vocals.
