Yes, that lady in the thumbnail is the grandmother of Trivium bassist Paolo Gregoletto. Unlike most of Gregoletto's family, she still loves in her native land of Italy, and I'm assuming doesn't get to see her grandson that often. Clearly, she's proud of her grandson because she wanted to see what all the fuss about Trivium was about, so she decided to attend one of their festival appearances in Italy at the Gods of Metal festival and sat at the side of the stage, keeping watch. How cool is this? Of course, beyond a photo there is some video proof:
