On Saturday, November 18, Uada played in México City and was greeted by a fairly unlikely guest – Secretary to the President of México Roberto Padilla Domínguez. Uada vocalist and guitarist Jake Superchi says in a Facebook post that Domínguez asked for photographs and autographs when he met them, and even sent the band gifts upon their return home! Which is really, really nice and thoughtful of Domínguez.
Saturday the members of UADA had the pleasure of meeting the Secretary to the President of México at our concert in México City. He was very kind and unknown to us, a huge fan who requested autographs & photos upon the moment of introduction. Today on our departure home, we all receives a gift from the Secretary with word of his high impression of our concert Saturday night. A truly amazing honor and experience. Thank you Mr. Domínguez.
