UFC mixed martial artist Nate Diaz is known for many things. Smoking pot immediately after a fight at a press conference and almost getting suspended is near the top of the list for me. But in the octagon, one of the Stocton, California native's signature moves is the Stockton slap.
What is a stockton slap? Imagine a dude slapping you with all his power. Here's a writeup on how Nate and his brother Nick made the slap a UFC meme of sorts, and here's a nice compilation of how rough the slap is:
Looks like Nate was backstage at a recent Tool gig, rolling around BJJ style with Maynard James Keenan and Maynard asked Diaz to explain to him what the fuck a Stockton slap is. Nate gladly showed him:
