MYRKUR's Cover Of The Traditional Nordic Song "De Tre Piker" Is Beautiful

No. It's not heavy, but it's still extremely well done.

Myrkur really needs to keep putting out non-metal music under the Myrkur name, because everything she's done has been wonderful. Much like her single "Två Kongunbarn," "De Tre Piker" isn't even remotely metal, though it certainly appears on a very metal album.

"De Tre Piker" is just perfect, especially when it comes to the recording quality. You really get the sense of hearing her performance in a massive room, which adds to that etherial vibe she's going for!

Myrkur will release Mareridt on September 15, and you can pre-order that here.
