The band might be the brainchild of guitarist Davide Tiso, but vocalist Karyn Crisis is grabbing my attention something fierce on this song. She has such an interesting timbre to her voice that fits the band's mid-paced technical death metal sound without getting annoying one. The song wanders with an interesting purpose; it's got a very progressive side (hence the wandering comment), but it feels like it's constantly going somewhere new and interesting. So basically everything you'd want out of a new Ephel Duath song!
