NECROMANCING THE STONE Orchestrated A "Rotted Reunion"

Retro metal gone death? Basically.

Retro metal gone death? Basically.

Necromancing the Stone, featuring vocalist John Williams and guitarist Justin Wood of Brimstone Coven, guitarist James Malone of Arsis, bassist Ryan Williams formerly of The Black Dahlia Murder and drummer Jeramie Kling of The Absence, is back with a brand spankin' new track (premiered through MetalSucks) titled "Rotted Reunion."

While their debut single "From Graves to Infamy" was a bit slower and took on exclusively clean vocals, "Rotted Reunion" brings the heaviness you knew the group had in them! Not that the latter was bad- diversity is the spice of a damn good record.

For some reason or another this song sounds like what I'd imagine Ghost's 2010 debut record Opus Eponymous would have sounded like if it were approximately 10,000 percent heavier! I'll let you decide for yourself.
