Hark's 2014 album Crystalline was hashed out as a trio, and with an even more massive sound comes a bigger band. Hark will be releasing its new album Machinations on February 24 via Season of Mist, and welcomes the addition of bassist Tom Shortt. Former bassist Joe Harvatt has not left the group, but instead has moved over as the group's second guitarist, a position previously non-existant.
As for the new song "Son Of Pythagoras," it's a truckload of fat riffs that's entirely too easy to get lost in the groove of. Seriously, there's no way you're going to not be singing this at least quietly to yourself a few times afterward today. It's not possible.
