The Grindmother is a Canadian trio that legitimately has a 67-year old woman as its frontman and honestly, the group can probably blow a good portion of other grindcore bands away. Initially I figured The Grindmother would be some silly gimmick, but after listening to the blistering debut album from the group, titled Age of Destruction, I'm legitimately impressed.
