I've never heard of Cryptic Murmurs up until this point, but bless their hearts for creating the song "Anderson Cooper." The CNN reporter got wind of the song and decided to decidate his "Ridiculist" segment last night to the song. "Eat your heart out, Metallica," Cooper declared in this pretty funny segment. Kudos to Cooper for having a great sense of humor about this and by giving the underground band some exposure. Here is the song in full:
This isn't the first time a news anchor professed their love for metal. MSNBC anchor Rachel Maddow is a true metalhead, once shouting out Tampa death metal and having Lars from Metallica on her show.
