Rotting Out vocalist Walter Delgado was arrested in March 2016 after being caught driving in Ohio with 700 pounds of marijuana and 1,000 jars of hash oil. Rotting Out are also making a return to the stage this weekend with Xibalba, The Beautiful Ones and a rotating cast of a few bands.
