Ah, 1991. One year after Painkiller came out, one year before Rob Halford left the band for a little, and quite a few years until guitarist K. K. Downing left the band (in 2011). In the above footage, Judas Priest plays Irvine Meadows in Irvine, California during the Operation Rock & Roll Tour, when the band toured with Alice Cooper. Unsurprisingly, old Judas Priest is still exactly as good as you remember it being!
