Metallica recently appeared on the webcast version of The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, and surprisingly did not discuss its new album Hardwired to Self-Destruct. Instead, the band touched on washing socks in the 1980s, getting driven around after midnight in Spain to faraway locations, and peeing on tour busses in subzero weather in Canada. Normal shit, you know?
