Chris Jericho is a busy man right now. He's got a new self-help book coming out called No Is a Four-Letter Word: How I Failed Spelling but Succeeded in Life, and his band Fozzy is about to drop a new album called Judas (and they released a fun new single this weekend).
To promote his activities, Jericho appeared on The Kicker's Youtube channel for a series called "Jam Sesh." The way the segment goes is Jericho tells an anecdote from his life and they then improvise a song about it. It's a fun piece. Jericho makes it clear during the video: “If you’re out there watching, please don’t ask me to put you on The List because you can’t request to be on The List.”
