CORROSION OF CONFORMITY Talks About Getting Pepper Keenan Back, Planning A New Album

They had zero idea what to expect when Pepper came back.

Corrosion Of Conformity was rejoined by longtime guitarist and vocalist Pepper Keenan in 2014 after his departure from the group in 2006. The band has also recently announced No Cross No Crown, which is its first album with Keenan since 2005's In The Arms Of God. In a brand new interview, the band sits down and talks about getting Keenan back and how the idea of a new record came about.

Basically, the band was unsigned in 2014 and didn't have much to lose. So they re-recruited Keenan and did some touring in Europe just to see how things would go. Clearly things went well, more touring ensued, and eventually the idea of an album came up.
