ASEROE's Debut Music Video Is Ritualistic "Decomposition"
International black metal coven Aseroe is a project that transcends the black metal limits, often stretching them to lament the soul's confinement.
Formed last year, the
progressive depressive black metallers feature Hungarian and Greek members of Slavebreed, ex-Mahakala, and Mare Erythraeum; among other acts. Featuring two ambient-laced tracks of sonic ritualism, Aseroe will release its self-titled debut EP on CD, cassette and limited box-set Aug. 24 via Grey Matter Productions.
"(These tracks are) elegies to cry to when you are using public transportation," says the band. "Dirges to listen to in the night, after masturbation to your ex's memories. Music that will ease the descent into loneliness. A guide to welcome your inner guilt and past mistakes."
