Swedish Retro-Rock Masters GRAVEYARD Is In The Studio

Without drummer Axel Sjöberg.

Without drummer Axel Sjöberg.

You might remember Graveyard breaking up in September 2016, and you'd be right – the band did break up. For literally four months Graveyard wasn't a band until they returned in January 2017 without Axel Sjöberg. So not exactly a prolonged absence, but we're still excited to have 'em back.

A new drummer hasn't been announced yet, but Graveyard has posted a picture of the new lineup and says it's currently at Park Studios laying down a new album. So they've got a new dude, we just don't recognize him!

We figured you'd be interested to know that we're in Park Studios recording our (for your ears) yet untitled new album. To sum up the process this far we'd like to say that laying down the basic tracks have been noting but sheer joy and as far as we can tell you're about to get yet another sweet sounding Graveyard album coming your way. All for now back to recording.

This will be Graveyard's first album in three years since 2015's Innocence & Decadence.
