SLAYER Is Writing A New Record

Now this is the way to kick-off the abbreviated Thanksgiving week. Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo tweeted recently updating the world on his projects, and guess what? After two years of touring, Slayer is finally back to writing new material. Hmm, what will it sound like? Pretty sure, it'll sound like SLAAAAYYYERRR. No word yet on if Jeff Hanneman is fully recovered from his gross spider bite, and how involved he is in the writing process. Hopefully, they're stocked up on Gogurt.

Beyond just Slayer, I'm excited to hear what Philm has to offer, based on the few video bootlegs of this Lombardo passion project that I've seen.
