Sect, the band featuring vocalist Chris Colohan (Cursed), guitarist James Chang (ex-Catharsis), guitarist Scott Crouse (Earth Crisis), bassist Ian Edwards (Earth Crisis), and drummer Andy Hurley (Fall Out Boy), released its debut album in August 2016 and is back at it. The band has signed with Southern Lord Records and recently hit the studio with distortion god and Converge guitarist Kurt Ballou.
