ROB ZOMBIE Is Done Recording A New Album, Will Release It In 2019

Plus his new movie 3 From Hell.

Plus his new movie 3 From Hell.

Rob Zombie is all about follow-ups in 2019. Zombie recently told Trunk Nation that he just finished recording the majority of the follow-up to 2016's The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser, and while it needs some final touches, it will move on to the mixing process in June.

He adds that he'll also begin working on editing his new film 3 From Hell, which is the follow-up to 2005's The Devil's Rejects, after he gets back from tour with Marilyn Manson.

"We basically more or less finished the record before I started the movie. We haven't mixed it yet and we haven't put the final touches on it, but it's pretty far along… We're actually gonna start mixing the record in June, just before the tour [with Marilyn Manson] starts, hopefully finish it — I don't know if I will — go on tour, come back, then [edit] the movie."

Here's hoping Zombie tries to make the new album's title the longest one he's had yet. Zombie doesn't give a guestimate on when fans can expect Album #7 or 3 From Hell besides 2019, so we'll just have to wait for the official announcements.
