MISERY SIGNALS Is Working On A New Album

We need that record pretty much right this second.

We need that record pretty much right this second.

Misery Signals formed in 2002 with vocalist Jesse Zaraska, who then left in 2006 and was replaced by Karl Schubach. The band reunited with Zaraska originally for the 10-year anniversary tour of the album Of Malice and the Magnum Heart, but then it was quietly announced that Zaraska would be re-joining the band via a new photo on Misery Signals' Facebook.

Zaraska also confirmed to us in 2016 that Misery Signals would be working on a new album, though didn't give a timetable.

Now on stage at the Midwest Meltdown 2018 held on February 24, Misery Signals has once again announced they're working on a new album. So considering the material has been in the works since probably 2016, it seems safe to assume that they're likely at the tail end of crafting the record.

This will be the band's first album since Absent Light in 2013.
