Scar the Martyr, the band that currently features drummer Joey Jordison (ex-Slipknot), guitarists Jed Simon (ex-Strapping Young Lad) and Kris Norris (ex-Darkest Hour), keyboardist Matthew Tarach and bassist Kyle Konkiel (In This Moment), is hinting at what appears to be them recording or demoing some new material via Facebook.
This is interesting considering they don't have a vocalist right now, or they haven't said anything about having a new vocalist. They used to have vocalist Henry Derek Bonner behind the microphone, but he quit the group last year and/or was fired. The jury is still totally out on that one. The group held auditions where anyone could try out to front the band, though I'm sure they were looking on the side to find a new voice as well.
That Facebook post is the band's first since April 2014, so there's not even any conjecture to be had.
