DRAGONFORCE Are Done With Their New Album

Remember Dragonforce? They were huge in Europe, then came to America, Guitar Hero came out, and they ex-plo-ded. Everybody was impressed with their guitar shred/wankery. Then came the backlash, and two years ago, their singer was let go. So, the band has been recouping, writing and recording a new record, which they have now completed. The band will be celebrating the completion of the album with a headlining gig the 100 Club on Oxford Street in London on February 16th. Herman Li released the following statement in regards to completing the album:
"We are all glad to be finished in the studio, especially given that the new record is sounding fantastic! We're looking forward to letting off steam at the 100 Club and announcing that in the Year of the Dragon, Dragonforce are well and truly back!"
I am curious to see what these guys have up their sleeve as far as new music is concerned. I wasn't able to make their recent NY shows, but they did play two new tracks live, which you can view below…
