Disturbed fans have reason to be excited, as the band just announced they have completed a new album, their first since 2015's Immortalized. The band worked with producer Kevin Churko (Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach). While they completed recording in May, today they announced all the mixing and mastering is finished as well.
The band offered this statement announcing the completion of the new album:
The new record is done! The new album includes many styles of music. Since our last album and the recent footage from the studio, we’ve seen a lot of discussion about the evolution of our new music. Disturbed Ones, we have decided to embrace the debate. For our next single – what kind of sound do you want it to be?
As the headline suggests, the band want you to decide what their first single will be – but they aren't going to let you hear any music. Fans can decide if they want a "ballad" or a "heavy" song as the first single. It's obvious what choice most people will go for, but you can vote here nonetheless.
