DEVILDRIVER Begin Work On Sixth Record
- Posted by RobInjection on February 10, 2012
Holy crap, Devildriver are an album making machine. Since forming in 2002, the band has put out a new record every other year. It looks like it's about that time again. It seems like the 'driver is ahead of schedule, since they put out Beast just last year. Either way, guitarist Jeff Kendrick tweeted recently that he and fellow bandmates Mike Spreitzer and John Boecklin have begun writing the sixth album. Obviously this is just the very early stage of writing process, and they could take their sweet time and not put it out until 2013. But who knows? We might be getting a new Devildriver album this year!

I'm finding it hard to be excited about this. The last 2 albums were a bit disappointing, but I'll try to keep an open mind on this one.
