CODE ORANGE Is In The Studio, Might Just Continue Putting Out Singles

"We’re looking at that model of putting things out there more. We put a single out a few months ago."

"We’re looking at that model of putting things out there more. We put a single out a few months ago."

Code Orange dropped Forever in January 2017, as well as a new single called "Only One Way" earlier this year. Now in an interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, drummer and singer Jami Morgan reveals the band is currently in the studio. When asked what they're up to, Morgan says he's "not snitching."

So there's a 50/50 shot Code Orange is either recording a new album or like, baking a cake or something. Morgan won't tell us!

“I’m not snitching, bro,” he said. “We’re doing our thing.

“We’re looking at that model of putting things out there more. We put a single out a few months ago. I want to keep it flowing. I think that’s the way kids are used to consuming stuff, and it’s something the world needs to catch onto. I want to balance doing things like that, and records.”

It's interesting Morgan says he wouldn't mind putting out a stream of singles, whereas earlier this week Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor said insisted on his new release being marketed as an LP so it wouldn't get buried.
