Not sure what they were going with here with the artistic choice, but whatever it was it turned out pretty silly. The video reminds me of bad Flash cartoons on Newgrounds circa 2002.

This really has to be a joke. Please comment on this on the Livecast tonight. It's like mash between Team America, South Park, Metalocalypse. Three individually awesome things, but even Slayer can't save the atrocity you get when you combine the three.
In all the discussion of the video sucking, I think we should not lose sight of the fact that the song sucks too.

Yeah, the song itself is pretty bad too. But then again an old band not being quite the musicians they used to be isn't really something new.
Looks like they're jacking off the guitars or something. Maybe it seemed better when it was just a figment of their imaginations.

I really enjoy the song, but that video... Gives the rest of us motion graphics designers a bad name. The visuals are half baked and literally the video looks half finished. It could have been really cool. I'll spare the design-speak though....

Their videos suck balls anymore, 99% of the new t-shirts and merch isn't worth buying, The Slatanic Wehrmacht Fan club is a fuckin joke and Tom seems to be falling apart with every Tour. What the Hell is happening to my favorite fuckin band? This is a GREAT album and instead of promoting it with equally great videos and merch, they give us this shit.

I think its pretty badass the song is fuckin awesome and the video reminds me of old school south park and thats good enough for me. slayer kicks ass!!

This song is really amazing! Actually the whole album is. and the video is meant to be this messy, indicating a messy world, criticizing its state of falling apart. What bothered me is that it could include more elements. Animation gives that sort of liberty. This is a fucking anti-war song and I love Slayer because they have got fucking independent voice. they say, screamingly, what should be said. they don't give a damn fuck about anyone.
