Saaaay whhaaatttt? There is nothing in a music file (mp3, mpa, mp4, wma, whatever) that tells you whether it's been paid for or not so I don't see how the ipod is responsible for this.

Don't get me wrong. Im with the bands out there that feel like they're being ripped off. But I think we need to go after the right people. Who are the right people? Torrent sites. That's where most of the illegal music comes from. Shutting them down is a bit harder though.

i love my albums dont use ipods or itunes they suck
