Thrash Hits TV: Satyricon @ Bloodstock 2009
Thrash Hits - Frost, drummer extraordinaire and one half of the permanent line-up of Satyricon, takes Black Metal very seriously indeed. So much so, that when we interviewed him at Bloodstock Open Air 2009, he left us fearing for our very lives. Animals as Leaders - On Impulse (Full Cover)
[link] I finally got around to recording the videos for this one, even though I've had the audio for about 3 weeks. I feel that my Vegas skills have improved....slightly. Sorry that I didn't do the crazy solo, I only have about half of it down cleanly and since I hurt my wrist I wasn't going to finish it anytime soon, so I wanted to get what I had up. Thanks to Chris (glassmoon0fo) for both the tab and the initial criticism of my cover. Done through my Line 6 PODxt Pro and my Ibanez Xiphos XPT707FX 7-string. Behemoth Vocal Cover Contest entry by jake5566
Video was made today, for this amazing opportunity and dedicated to Maurice Lacayo (My Close Brother), who passed away yesterday, he always respected everything I did especially when it came to the music I listened to and was inspired by, Behemoth has been one of my top from the first song I ever listened to, up to the last record they put out just a little while ago. This is a very honest and true cover No editing was made to this cover except taking out the beginning and the end clips of me turning the camera on and off. i used my Half-stack and Shure sm58 to record. I use a footswitch on my Line 6 so the only thing i did was add delay so i could match the "I" lyrical part of the song. I go crazy so be prepared, I've seen lots of covers of this song, most funny aspects (which I enjoyed) but this Brutal song still needs to be sought after in seriousness. 7 string would help a lot in my adventure of my musical abilities (5 years of playing guitar). Also Good luck to all other metal heads who entered this contest, I Enjoyed them a lot Posted by jake5566 | Added 1 month ago | Views:: 609 1 horns up |
