PSYCHOSTICK: Who Likes Jagermeister?
Who likes Jagermeister? Psychostick likes Jagermeister. Here's a compilation video from our Sandwich CD Release Party Tour that includes clips of us drinking Jager on stage and with fans, photos of posters, fans and other stuff. This type of end-of-tour compilation has sort of become a tradition now.... surf YouTube a little bit and you'll find two other videos just like it. One is from our "Terrible Shirt Tour" and the other is from our "Holy Crap We're Touring" Tour.... both in 2008. Also, the clips of us doing Jager shots on stage are from Club Roxbury (Omaha, NE), Pop's (Sauget, IL), The Peppertree Lounge (Idaho Falls, ID), The Blvd (Fresno, CA), Norms (Superior, WI), Reggie's Rock Club (Chicago, IL), Tequila Rocks (Huntington, WV), The Local (Marietta, GA), The Machine Shop (Flint, MI), Racers Edge (East Moline, IL), Club Vegas (Salt Lake City, UT) and The Lizards Lounge (Wichita, KS). Slayer Likes Satan (and Hell)
A collection of every time Slayer has said "Satan" and "Hell" in their self-written studio albums (does not include covers). "Satan" and "Hell" are said 88 times, not including the times they are repeated, such as in choruses or verses. Needless to say, this video is "funny as hell". Fuckin' Slayer! Blunt Force Trauma- "Good Morning America..."
Title track from 2007 E.P. Shot over 3 show dates in Austin. Fusing the precision of metal with the nihilism of punk, Blunt Force Trauma slammed into the Austin, Texas music scene in 1999. Rising from the ashes of punk band Second Chance, singer Bobby Fuentes, guitarist Slaytoven, and bassist Bob Paxton set forth to smash the scene in the tradition of the brutal “crossover” pioneers such as Bad Brains, Slayer, D.R.I., and S.O.D. After recruiting local veteran metal drummer Ben Burton, the line-up was complete and set out on their mission to assault audiences with their five-alarm blaze of fury, thunderous rhythm and lightning riffs. In 2000, Blunt Force Trauma recorded and released their self-titled debut, a ten song, twenty-two minute musical and lyrical tirade on everything from trash-talking peers and exes to the sheer boredom and insanity of mandatory community service. 2001 found the band more seasoned and with a bigger enemy at which to target its vicious blows: The global corporate elite. Fuentes and the gang went to work on the venomous and unapologetically political onslaught which would ultimately become the anticipated GOOD MORNING AMERICA. Drummer Ben Burton left the group in late 2001, and GOOD MORNING AMERICA remained unreleased until 2005. The band searched off-and-on for Burton's replacement, never finding the right match, until 2007, when they teamed up with legendary former D.R.I. drummer Felix Griffin. Since reforming, BFT has shared the stage with the likes of Municipal Waste, Prong, and Reagan Youth, to name a few. The band closed out 2008 by welcoming Alex "Rager" Loughborough on bass. Blunt Force Trauma is currently gigging in Austin and around Texas, and working on new material for their 3rd full length. Ides of Eternity - Diamonds music video
I decided to post the music video strait without any added scenes tacked on. This way the video is shorter and is more likely to get more views. The completed demo should be out soon. Wacken Assault 2008 Part 2
In Part 2 of our almighty Assault on the Wacken Open Air Festival in 2008, off our tits through alcohol abuse and lack of sleep, we collide with yet more awesome bands and musicians! Amazingly, they let us interview them, so you can listen to what the likes of Erik Danielsson of Watain has to say about Americans, what Massachusetts Metalcore gods Unearth think about whale sex, who legendary producer/performer Peter Tägtgren fancies, what your band needs to impress the head of A&R at Century Media and... oh for fuck's sake, there's loads more so just go watch the damn thing! As in Part 1, most of this content won't impress your priest or pastor, so take that as a warning and enjoy! Posted by Contraband Candy | Added 1 year ago | Views:: 977 1 horns up |
