Zimmers Hole has put out three records between 1997 and now, two of which came out in the last 15 years and the most recent being 2008. The band isn't exactly inactive, but it's just one step shy of achieving that status given its members. For those unfamiliar, Zimmers Hole is West Of Hell vocalist Chris "The Heathen" Valagao and ex-Strapping Young Lad (among others) members guitarist Jed Simon, drummer Gene Hoglan and bassist Byron Stroud.
While it's not a new record, it could certainly be leading toward one! The band has announced that it'll be playing it first show in six years on January 23 at the Rickshaw Theatre in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The bill also includes Dayglo Abortions, Process, Golers and Aggression. So if you're a fan of the band, it might be good for you to get your ass to this show- who knows what'll happen next!
