Of all the place you'd think would reveal the full lineup of this year's Summer Slaughter, I would have never guessed it would be the Rockstar Mayhem Fest Facebook page, but so it shall be. As it stands, here is the official lineup:
Cannibal Corpse,
Between The Buried And Me,
Job For A Cowboy,
Periphery,
The Faceless,
Veil of Maya,
Goatwhore,
Fleshgod Apocalypse,(update below)
Exhumed
Cerebral Bore (update below)
That's quite the stellar lineup and marks two years in a row for Fleshgod Apocalypse to be doing the tour, which I believe is a first. While personally, I cannot confirm their involvement, I can tell you that Job For A Cowboy and Periphery are 100% absolutely on the bill, as confirmed to me, by sources very much in the know last week. Overall though, this looks like a fantastic bill for extreme metal enthusiasts.
UPDATE:The official Summer Slaughter Facebook page confirms all the above bands except for Fleshgod Apocalypse as being on the tour.
UPDATE 3/22/12: European deathcore act Cerebral Bore have won the fan voting contest to be the opening band on this year's tour.
