SLIPKNOT Announce Fall Tour with KORN, KING 810

We promise this will be the last Slipknot post of the day!

We promise this will be the last Slipknot post of the day!

When it rains it pours when it comes to new Slipknot info. Today, the band released their new single, "The Devil In I", confirmed their new album will be called .5: The Gray Chapter and it will be out in October AND they just announced a U.S. tour.

Slipknot will be taking out Korn and King 810 on the Prepare For Hell tour. I know firsthand that Slipknot have been trying to book a tour with Korn for many many years and finally their schedules aligned where it works out for both parties. It's a bit surreal to see Slipknot headlining over Korn as during their peak, Korn were miles ahead of Slipknot, but times they have changed. As for King 810, this is clearly the biggest touring opportunity the band will ever have. Their music has been compared to both Slipknot and Korn so they will be performing to the exact fan base they hope to cater to. Overall, this will be an interesting tour to see live.
