NACHTMYSTIUM To Release New Album In September, Announces Additional Live Shows

Plus a split with Coldvoid.

Plus a split with Coldvoid.

After disappearing from the public eye due to being accused of ripping fans offNachtmystium, and Black Judd specifically, are back in 2017. Nachtmystium will play Festum Carnis in Wilseyville, CA on July 8 and Louisville Deathfest on September 28, though now two more dates have surfaced – one at 5 Star Bar in Los Angeles, where the band will play Eulogy IV and Instinct Decay front to back, and one at Til-Two Club in San Diego, where the band will play Reign Of Madness in full.

It's also worth noting that the Resilient EP has now been upgraded to a full-on LP due out this September via Earache, and the band will also release a split with Coldvoid in September via Ascension Monuments Media.

Here's what Judd had to say.

"I am extremely excited to return to the stage after a nearly five-year hiatus. Wasn’t sure if this would ever happen again, given the condition my personal life was in and the condition the band was in publicly. I’ve spent the last year and a half cleaning up the mess I made of both, have assembled an amazing new live band of respectable and very talented musicians here in Southern California."

Obviously we hope Judd can hold it together this time, and deliver on all his promises. At the very least, the instrumental track Nachtmystium released from Resilient sounds pretty good!
