Never say it's too late to get out there and play your first show! Horror soundtrack master John Carpenter is currently 67 and is about to play his first-ever show at Iceland's All Tomorrow's Parties festival in 2016. He'll be playing selections from all his famous soundtracks like They Live and Halloween, as well as selections from his Lost Themes album.
Alongside Carpenter will be his son Cody Carpenter and his godson Daniel Davies, son of The Kinks’ Dave Davies. Assumedly there'll also be a big-ass orchestra of stringed instruments and electronics as well! The festival will take place between July 1 and 3. Tickets are currently available right here, though we suggest you get over there and get you some before they sell out. With a name like Carpenter's on the bill, they're gonna go fast!
