GHOST Announce North American Dates with ENSLAVED, ALCEST

Ever since that faithful car ride a few months ago when Frank exposed me to Ghost, I have not been able to stop listening to the record. Being a Sabbath super fan, I felt these guys were taking what bands like Sabbath did in the 70s and putting a new spin on it. And, they look pretty evil too. Sadly, we were forced to miss their NY show last week since it was the same day as the Livecast, but we did manage to talk to two of the ghouls in their first video interview (which should be up soon).

This is all a long-winded way of saying that I am really exciting that the band is coming back this Fall for a proper headlining tour and no hell, fire or brimstone can stop me from seeing them. They are also bringing two equally awesome bands with them in Enslaved and Alcest, so there is that. If you are as excited as me, here are tour dates:

buy it then ya fuck lol

When I first saw this band's picture I thought they would be really ominous and evil black or death or doom metal, then I finally gave them a listen and was shocked to hear classic metal, albeit it's still good. But their image is misleading.

I thought the same thing too, but when I bought the new Electric Wizard last year, the guy at my local record store sold me on getting Ghost's album, and my shock was the same as yours. I agree on how they can be misleading.
