ALL THAT REMAINS Will Also Headline New England Metal And Hardcore Festival 2012

All That Remains have been added as one of the headliners for this year's New England and Hardcore Festival. The band will be closing out the Saturday show with The Black Dahlia Murder and Killswitch Engage closing Friday and Sunday night, respectively. The Labonte, himself, already squashed the rumors of him possibly joining Killswitch Engage, so I doubt he'll be replacing Howard Jones for the festival. Labonte already filled in for Jones once, back in 2010 when Howard might have gotten a 20-something porn star pregnant. You can check out all the other bands announced for this year's festival here.

ALL THAT REMAINS Phil Labonte Wants You To Know He's Not Homophobic

Yesterday, we called out All That Remains frontman Phil Labonte for calling the singer of Black Veil Bridesa "faggot". We weren't the only ones to do so, and since Phil clearly has nothing better to do, he's taken to his social media accounts to defend himself. The gist of my argument was that the dude is a role model and shouldn't be using such degrading language in pointless situations.
