Mike Judge has to be a metal fan

Sure, he created everybody's favorite metalhead duo, Beavis and Butthead. But after watching director Mike Judge's new movie, Extract, I am convinced that Mike Judge appreciates a good blast beat. Why do I think so? He wrote in a character that is way into underground metal. This isn't a dude who just listens to Velvet Revolver or is some poser. The character, Rory is in a melodic grindcore band and sports some credible shirts throughout the movie, all notably from Relapse Records. Just the fact that the word "grindcore" is in the movie, makes me like it that much more.
